Harbin is famous for its cold winters. People call it the"Ice City".

Every year, millions of people from all over the world visit Harbin. They come to see the famous Harbin Ice and Snow Festival. The festival usually begins in January. During the festival, visitors can enjoy the beautiful Ice and Snow World. They can see many kinds of ice and snow sculptures(雕塑). They can go skating and skiing too. If you like ice and snow, you will love Harbin. Harbin is over 800 years old. Tourists can see many traditional buildings (传统建筑)in the city. You can see many nice European style (欧洲风格)buildings in Central Street. People call this street"the Eastern Moscow" (东方莫斯科).

整理房间小妙招

If you don't know how to clean your room，these ideas will help you.

Tidy(整理) some boxes or bags in your room，if you don't use them often.

Make something with used(使用过的) things. I make a pencil box with a can. Then I put my pencils and pens into it. Now the pencil box is on the desk. There is a clock above my bed. I make it with a used cake box.

​​ Write"Keep(保留)"and"Donate(捐赠)"on two boxes. When you find toys，books or clothes you don't need，put them in the " Donate" box. Then you can give them to others.

My home is in a quiet street. It's on the third floor. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a bath-room, and a small but pretty kitchen. One bedroom is big, and the other is small. There's a table in the living room, so we can eat there. My house is very clean. I like to clean the rooms on the weekend. My bedroom is also neat. I always put books on the bookshelf(书架). Through the window of the living room,we can see the sun rise in the morning. There isn't a garden, but our home is near a beautiful park.

Julia is from the USA. She likes China very much. She learns Chinese. One day, she wants to go to the bookstore to buy a Chinese dictionary. But she doesn't know where it is. So she asks Lanlan for help. Lanlan checks the map on her phone. Turn right at their school, and then go straight. She can see the post office. The bookstore is next to it. It's not far. She can walk there. 

But Julia can't remember the route（路线）. So Lanlan will go with her. Julia thanks Lanlan very much.
