What is it like being an actress? Many people think it must be wonderful because we travel to exciting places, wear beautiful clothes and make a lot of money. This is only one aspect of our life though. We also work very hard.

I played a country girl in my last movie.I had to live in a small village with other actresses for part of the winter. It was really hard for meas I grew up in a city. To help me play a country girl better, I cooked for myself and other people every day. I even walked a few miles sometimes to get water, as there was none in the house. I wanted to understand how a real village girl lived. I thought it was fun at first. I felt different after a week or two. I wore some beautiful traditional clothes, but they were not thick enough. I was very cold but I had to keep smiling all the time. One day, I couldn't do it any longer and I suddenly started crying, "Great." said the director. "I like it. She is crying with true feelings." I called my mum to tell her about it but my mobile phone wouldn't work in the village.

I think it is worth doing all this. I like it when people tell me they enjoy my plays and ask me to sign a picture. It is also fun to be someone else for a while. I'm very lucky to be an actress.

It's Children's Day today. Every student is happy. They bring(带来)many toys to the classroom and have a toy show. There is a small toy car on the desk. It can run very fast.It's Peter's favourite toy. Lily has a lovely doll. It's on the chair. The doll has yellow hair and blue eyes. It has a dress. Look at the toy plane on the shelf. Mike says it can fly. There is a man in it .And there is a toy boat on the desk. It's not big, but it's new. Linda likes it very much. There are so many toys. They are all beautiful. The students play with the toys happily.

Little Jerry 1 on a busy street. There were many cars and people on the street. Jerry didn't like to live on this place. Because he couldn't sleep well at night. His neighbours were very

Three meals are very important (重要) for our health. Breakfast is the most (最) important in a day. For breakfast, we can have some bread, an egg and a glass of milk. I don't like junk food. Every morning, I eat an egg and a glass of milk. Egg is my favorite food. For lunch, we can eat rice, noodles, meat and vegetables. I like rice with some meat and vegetables. Sometimes I eat beef noodles. Vegetables are very useful (有用的) for our body. For dinner, we can eat digestible (易消化) food.Ⅰeat little (少量的) meat and some vegetables. And I don't eat too much. I also eat some fruits. They are healthy for me.
