Tea is good for people. Many people love to drink it.

All tea comes from tea leaves. There are many kinds of tea. You can drink black tea, green tea, white tea or fruit tea. Each kind of tea has a different colour.

People in different countries also like to put different things into their tea. In Russia, people like drinking tea with fruit. This makes it delicious. In the UK ,people like drinking tea in the afternoon.They often put some milk and sugar（糖）into their tea. They usually eat biscuits （饼干）with their tea. In the USA, people like drinking tea with honey（蜂蜜）. In China, some people like to mix tea with butter（黄油）. It can help them keep warm.

Singapore is both the name of the country and its {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. It is the smallest country in Asia. It is in South-east Asia. Although it isn't as big as its neighbor, the city of Singapore is the {#blank#}2{#/blank#}in Asia because there isn't much pollution. You can see a lot of {#blank#}3{#/blank#} gardens and parks in Singapore, {#blank#}4{#/blank#}Singapore is also called the 'Garden City'. Look at the symbol (符号) of Singapore. It's half a fish and half a lion. People in Singapore {#blank#}5{#/blank#} it "Merlion"(鱼尾狮). You can see it all over Singapore.

Think about different ways that people use the wind. We can use it to fly a kite or to sail a boat. Windmills began to be used in seventeen century BC．At first, people used windmills to grind (磨碎) wheat {#blank#}1{#/blank#} flour and get water out of the deep underground. 

When Benjamin Franking found electricity in the late 1800s, people began to use it in many different ways, like electric lights and radios. However, when electricity was everywhere by the 1940s, windmills were {#blank#}2{#/blank#} used. During the 1970s, people started worrying about the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} when coal and gas are burned to make electricity. People also realized that there were not enough coal and gas for us to use. Then people started to reuse windmills, though it means {#blank#}4{#/blank#} costs. 

— Mike, do you like apples?

— Yes, I do. And you? 

— Not really. I like bananas.

It's important for us to be healthy. But how can we keep healthy? First, you should eat fruit and vegetables three or four times a week. Then eat some tofu every day because it's good for people, both the young and the old. Milk is also necessary(必要的), especially for women. So you should have milk twice a day. It can help you to be strong. Next, doing more exercise is better. You can do morning exercises or evening exercises. After supper you should take a walk.
