    It's been a month since I came to this new school and I really want share with you some of the problems I have been experiencing.

    As I tell you last time, I made three new friend here. We hang out together during lunch and after school. We've been spending a lot of time sing in karaoke bars.     The earthquake affects the students of the destroying areas in many ways. How can we help them? One expert says the child will have feelings of fear, angry and feel they are not safe after the quake. They will find it hardly to focus. They will tend to cry and shout and tremble.     I sometimes just wanted to sit in the dark. I hate to admit this, or sometimes when I'm feeling bad, I'll lock myself in the bathroom, turn away the lights and just sit on the floor. I don't know what. Maybe I feel comfortable and relaxed in totally darkness. Sometimes, I just stare into the darkness without think of anything. Maybe I'm sitting there waiting for someone show up. I also think of all kind of things sometimes. I will not only think of the things that they happened in the past, but imagine what will happen in a future. It really helps as I will be happier after that.

    Most people look forward to their birthdays because of the presents they receive them. I have been getting my birthday presents but none of which have been remarkable so far. My parents always give me books which is fine but not exciting. Then, on my seventeen birthday, I got the best birthday present ever. On the dining table was a white envelope. I opened it and find a key and a note. “Happy birthday, my dear nephew!” was written on hand. It was from his Aunt Jess. I looked at the key more closely but I realized it was a car key. This was best birthday present. On my birthday, I became the owner of my own car thanks to my generously aunt.

    I am always telling to work hard to have a good life in the future. Therefore, I do my best to play basketball or study. I want to be basketball player when I will grow up. To realize my dream, I practice playing basketball regular, aiming to make my best shots. Although I'm interesting in watching TV, I manage to finish my homework first. I try my best in all the test, especially in the math test because I find math more difficulty than any other subject.     How have you been recently？Though everything is going good here, but I still want to get some help from you.

    I'm going to participate the Chinese Character Hero competition, which is aimed at giving teenagers a opportunity to show their level of Chinese characters.
