One day, I played basketball on the playground. Suddenly, I hurt my arms and legs. I was afraid. That was because it was painful(疼痛的). And I couldn't move my arms and legs. Then Miss Wang took me to see a doctor.

In the hospital, my parents stayed by my bed and they were worried. A week later, I could walk slowly. But I still couldn't move my arms. I didn't want to give up(放弃). I wanted to drink water. I tried to move my arms to do it, but I broke the cup. My mom said, "Don't be sad. Everything will be fine." And she was right. My arms could move slowly in the next few days.

Now, I know difficulties(困难) are helpful and make me strong to face everything. And I should be careful when I do exercise.
