A long time ago, there was a seed(种子). Because he was only a seed,1 noticed him. So the seed thought he was not important in the world.

One day,a wind2 and threw him on an open field in the sun. Later, he was given rain. Years later, another day he saw a traveller3  by his side.

“Thank you God for this, I can have a rest under the tree.”the traveller said.

“what are you talking about?”the seed4asked. He thought the man was5him. No one ever spoke to him like that.

“Who just spoke?" the shocked man asked.

“It's me. A seed.”

The man looked at the6. “Are you joking? You're not a seed. You are a big tree!”

“Really?"

“Yes! People often sit here. 7do you think people come here for? To fee1 your shade (树荫)! Don't tell me you didn't know you had grown over time.”  

The traveller's words brought him pride. The seed thought and 8 for the first time in his life. The years of tortune (折磨)9 the sun and the rain finally helped him10 “Oh! That means I'm not a little seed any more! I was actually born to make people feel comfortable. Wow! That's great.”

When Millie got up this morning, she found it was a beautiful spring day. She saw some 1 in the sky，but she didn't think about them．She woke up her dog，Eddie，and put him in the 2 ．Then she drove out into the country 3 a picnic with her dog．

When they got to a big tree, Millie stopped her car and told Eddie to get off the car. They began to play games under the 4 . How happy they were!     I had a summer camp with my classmates last year.

    Early in the morning. We met at the station. After saying goodbye to our parents, we got on the buses. It took us more than two hours to arrive at the campground. We got off the buses cheerfully. Laughing and shouting. We jumped and ran all over the place. It was the first time for us to be away from the parents .Some of us started to feel homesick(想家). However, when the night party and dances began, the homesickness was gone. The next day, everybody rushed to the boating class, hoping to be at the head of the others. At first, my friends and I worked hard, but the boat wouldn't listen to us and kept going round and round. Then the teacher taught us how to work together. After many tries, we did much better. Swimming class was my favorite. It was about the hottest time of a day and the best time to stay in the cool water. The swimming teacher was a funny man, and during the class he made us laugh happily. During the week I learned a lot of new things and made many new friends. I also learned how to take care of myself.

    Many people don't like to stay at home on holidays. They want to go out to see something 1 or do something exciting. People from the countryside go to the 2, and people from the city go to the countryside for holidays. During the holidays, trains, buses and planes are all very busy. It is very 3 to buy train tickets or air tickets. Many people 4 cars or buses for travelling.

    Last National Day, my family went to the countryside by car for our 5. There was too much traffic on the road. We had to move very 6. It took us about an hour to get out of the town.     This morning I got an e-mail from Roy. It seems that my boy really enjoys his new life at Harvard University.
