Stefany Bibb is a teacher at a school. She runs the school's Kindness Team. Stefany started the team all by herself. She said, "Our Kindness Team  made up of students in every grade. Every student can join it  long as they want to be kind." Students in the Kindness Team often hold the door for others, and welcome other students and teachers every morning by showing pictures with positive(积极的) messages to help other students to remember to be kind. Aniyah,  student from the Kindness Team, said, "My favorite act of kindness is giving hugs. I like to make people smile because it lights up my world and I know they feel warm inside, ." "You can also show kindness to your teacher or others  you're not even at school, and that's enjoyable," said Cox, a fourth-grader who is part of the Kindness Team.
