Do you want to have a better memory? What can you do to i{#blank#}1{#/blank#} it? First of all, you should live a healthy life. You should have a healthy diet and get enough sleep i{#blank#}2{#/blank#} of staying up late. If you do not get enough sleep, you can't remember things well. Second, you can also {#blank#}3{#/blank#} yourself to some new skills. You can give your brain a lot of exercise in this way. Third, try to remember things in some funny ways or with the help of pictures or stories. Sometimes, a picture or a story is {#blank#}4{#/blank#} a thousand words. Finally, stay relaxed. Your memory will be less sharp if you worry too much.

In my school, once you are in the sixth grade you can create (创建) your own club. It can be anything! I create a classics (经典作品) club. Students can talk about the Latin language (拉丁语) or books in our club.

Running a club is not easy, so I ask a friend for help. To make the club useful, we plan to make a show during each of our meetings. We think of 20 different ideas! Some of those include "Why are classics still important?" "What does Harry Potter have to do with classics?" "How do classics write about women?" To make more students interested in our club, we have topics (话题) from science and maths in classics to arts and languages.

Last week, our school had a club show. It was the first time we had shown our club to others. We had 30 members that day. Now it's time for the club to finally start.

Different people have different colors of skin*. Some have black skin, some have yellow skin, and some have white skin. There is a woman in Alaska. Her skin is an orange color, It is almost the color of orange juice. 

How does this woman become orange? She eats lots of tomatoes, carrots and squashes. She eats too many orange things. That's why she turns orange. 

The woman doesn't want to be orange. She goes to the doctor. The doctor says, "Stop eating orange things; eat some green things. " The woman does so, and she is not orange now. 

Today is December 31st. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} We call it New Year's Eve. Tomorrow is January 1st. That's the first day of the new year. My brother Tom and I are helping our parents. We are getting ready for a big party.

Tom and I love New Year's Eve. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} But on New Year's Eve, we go to sleep after midnight.

Just before midnight, everyone counts the seconds until 12 o' clock. We shout( 呼 喊 )," Ten… nine... eight... seven... six... five... four... three... two... one." And then everyone shouts," {#blank#}4{#/blank#}" We all hold hands and sing songs. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Soon after the games, Tom and I go to bed. New Year's Eve is the best night of the year!

Bonnie and Coco are two squirrels (松鼠).They are good friends.One day,Bonnie goes to her friend's home.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} "I can't find my nuts(坚果),"says Coco."They are not under my bed or in my desk.They are for my family.I must find them."
