Do people in different countries have the same idea of numbers? The unlucky number for Chinese people is usually 4 because it sounds like1 word" death". 14 is 2 than 4 because of its sound too. On the contrary, 9 is a lucky number for Chinese. It means " long" and " long life". 8 is as good as 18 for they sound like " rich" and " certain rich".
