Michael is a (聪明的) but picky (挑剔的) boy. He likes meat very much. But he hardly eats vegetables. That doesn't (使满意) his mother. One day, his mother came up with an idea. She cooked some meatballs with vegetables in them. As a (结果), Michael liked them very much and ate them up. Then he was surprised to find vegetables were delicious.
"Robots, drones(无人机) and AI will do around 90% of the housework by 2040, " scientists from King's College said.
Mischa Dohler and Dr. Ian Pearson wrote a report to predict what homes will look like in 20 years. In it, they said that housework like washing the clothes and doing the dishes would be much easier because of technology progress(进步). If technology kept making progress, they expected that people would spend less than two hours a day in doing housework.
But most British people still don't believe their predictions. Just 2/5 of the people think that house robots will become a reality(现实) by 2040.

Some will keep the house clean, water plants and keep an eye on your house. Some will keep you warm with special light when you move around the house. AI Servants They will do almost everything for you. They will be able to pay the bills(账单), do some shopping and find ways to save your time and money. Super Smart Fridges They will learn what you eat. They can tell you how much food there is in the fridge, and even recommend(推荐) recipes. |
