Nikita loves running long races. Her favourite is the Disney Marathon. She {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (run) the race in both 2019 and 2020. "It's the most fun marathon I've run, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} I can go through all the four fancy Disney parks." she says. "It's nice and flat for running. But crazily hot. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} heat in Florida is no joke." She laughs.

After several {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (year) of racing, she's now running for fun. "I'm just enjoying running without the pressure of training {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a race, which has been really nice," she says.

Like many of {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (we), Nikita finds that running makes her healthier. "I always feel {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (good) after going for a run," she says. Nikita likes {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (listen) to audio books on her runs.

Besides running, Nikita loves dogs, travelling {#blank#}9{#/blank#} reading. She has a dog named Mason. Mason is also a runner. "I once ran with him," Nikita says {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (happy). "He made it to the end."

Chinese President Xi Jinping has {#blank#}1{#/blank#} for carrying forward the spirit of dedication of 95-year-old war hero Zhang Fuqing, encouraging people to come together and create a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} force to go ahead in the new time. Xi, made the remarks in an {#blank#}3{#/blank#} on Zhang's life story in January 2019. Xi said the old hero devoted all {#blank#}4{#/blank#} life to the country."As a soldier, he fights {#blank#}5{#/blank#} the country; as a citizen, he works for the people's well-being,"Xinoted.

"Zhang lives a great life with his simple and pure lifestyle and shows no interest in fame and fortune, setting an example for both officers and {#blank#}6{#/blank#} in service of the armed forces,"Xi said.

Zhang, a CPC member, was a soldier which was one of the main forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the Liberation War.

He was honored by the Northwest Field Army for his battle achievements and won the honorary title of "Combat Hero"{#blank#}8{#/blank#}. In 1955, Zhang retired from the army and {#blank#}9{#/blank#} to work in the poor mountainous areas in Laifeng, a remote county in central China's Hubei Province.

For more than 60 years, he kept his past experience a secret on purpose, {#blank#}10{#/blank#} from his children. It wasn't until the end of 2018 {#blank#}11{#/blank#} government was collecting and recording old soldiers' information that his life story was known to all.

 Have you ever lived in a school dormitory(宿舍)? Some students think1 at school is like taking a walk in a park. Well, it's not as 2 as you might imagine.

 Last year, my parents decided to let me live at school. I was 3 to hear this decision. I could be in control of4 without my parents managing me.

 However,5 I first arrived, I got anxious(焦虑的) about the strict rules. We have to study from 7a. m. to 10 p. m. every day. We6 to play with cellphones or go back to the dormitory to take showers during this time. I7 had an argument with one of my roommates. These things made me feel upset and homesick. I just wanted to go back home.

 At weekends,I did go back home. My mother talked to me. She comforted(安慰) me, "Don't be afraid.8 will be all right. Just try to think about 9 to improve the situation." My mother's words cheered me up.10 of my roommates had such problems. So I 11 solve my own problems.

 The next week, I tried my best to calm myself down and focus on(集中精力于) my work 12 three hours. It did not seem too hard. Then I talked with my roommates in 13 polite way and made more friends. I realize that everything14 on our own attitudes(态度) and I15 the dormitory life now.
