Near the village, there is an old famous temple. Some people want to build a new house where the temple now stands, because they can find no other area to build them, while others disagree with them. They meet to decide how to solve the problem. Here are their opinions about it.

The expert wants to protect the temple and believes that there are some interesting things buried in the ground. If it is destroyed or moved, people may never learn about how people lived in the past.

The businessman thinks that the houses should be built. History is important, but we must think about the future. The village needs development and building new houses will offer jobs to hundreds of people.

Villager A says, "We should build the new houses because we need houses to live in."

Villager B says, "We should protect the temple because it can attract many tourists to come for a visit. If the temple is destroyed or moved, we will lose a lot of business."

The village leader thinks that he has a duty to make life better for the villagers. They need jobs and new houses. He also thinks the cultural site (遗迹) is important and they should be careful with it as well.

My cousin Tommy was born in a small city in 2009. It's in the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (西方) of Germany, and it has a population of about 2,000,000. There are lots of things to do, with a library, a park, a zoo and a{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (体育馆). Tommy likes playing basketball, he thinks it is an {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (激动人心的) sport. I knew clearly no one loves little animals than Susan. She had watched both my wife and me do and say "Love is Action!" for years, and now she had put it into her lifestyle. It had become part of her, because she knew the whole family motto. It's not only "Love is Action"; it's "Love is SACRIFICIAL (牺牲的) Action!" Love always pays a price.

I was moved. We went back to the petting zoo. Susan stood with her hands and chin (下巴) resting on the fence and just watched Robbie go crazy petting and feeding the animals. I had fifty cents burning a hole in my pocket. I put my hand into my pocket and took out the money. Sure, I must do that!

The London Eye is a tourist attraction in London. There you can get into a capsule(密封舱) to experience a great view of the city.
