Astronauts living in space have the same hygiene(卫生) needs as people do on the earth. When they wake up, they wash their hair, brush their teeth and go to the bathroom as well. However, because of microgravity(微重力), astronauts have to use a kind of special matter to wash their hair and use leg restraints(安全装置) to place themselves when they use the toilet.

Astronauts eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some food can be eaten in the natural form such as fruit. Other food needs water such as noodles. There are no fridges in space, so space food must be stored and prepared correctly and they won't go bad.

Besides morning routine (常规) and eating in space, astronauts perform many tasks, such as checking the machines and updating(更新)computer equipment. At the same time, the control centre on the earth sends messages to the astronauts through voice or email with new instructions to help them with their daily work.

What's more, living in space is not just all work and no play. They can enjoy themselves by looking out of the window, watching movies, reading books, playing cards and talking to their families during their free time.

Niger, in central Africa, is a country with very little rain. 80% of people have no running water at home. So water is very important in {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (people) life, but sometimes it means that kids don't do {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (good) at school.

①Many people travel to varied places in the world by air. Usually it takes a long time, perhaps half a day, for passengers to stay in the plane. So airlines offer passengers food. But it is common that they feel bad about food taste. Do you agree?

③However, according to scientific research, a part of the reason why plane food tastes bad is that at high altitude (海拔) we can not taste things as well as we do on the ground. Also scientists have found that our noses become very dry even before a plane takes off. As the plane moves up, the change in air pressure reduces one third of the sensibility (感觉) of our taste buds(味蕾). So our taste buds become senseless. The sad face, however, is that our noses don't know it.

⑤Now there are many researches on this. According to one of them, some volunteers are asked to lie with their feet higher than their heads for weeks. And scientists write down their feelings about food taste.

⑥Though scientists try their best, it is not as easy as they thought. Because they can't deal with the special environment successfully, such as the change in air pressure, making food taste good is still hard for them.

With the beautiful moon up in the sky, people sit together, enjoy the full moon, eat moon cakes and fruits, share the stories, and express the best wishes for the family members and friends who live far away.

 Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, many people think the Internet {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(取代) paper in the near future. That's because many people {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(主要地) get information from the Internet. However, paper is still very  {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(有用的). We can write our {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (感觉) and thoughts on paper. So we should continue to take {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(自豪) in paper making.
