    Mrs．Marks bought a printer yesterday．She was h{#blank#}1{#/blank#} because she could print anything she wanted at any time．H{#blank#}2{#/blank#},after about an hour, she was angry because she couldn't print the color blue．All the other c{#blank#}3{#/blank#} printed free, except(除了)blue，which was very unusual．

    She d{#blank#}4{#/blank#} to call the after-sales service department(售后服务部)to help her solve the problem．David answered the phone．He t{#blank#}5{#/blank#} everything he could think of to help Mrs．Marks．He asked her to reinstall(重新安装) the program，to reboot (重新启动)the computer and to turn the printer on and off．N{#blank#}6{#/blank#} of these things helped．

After hours of trying，the problem s{#blank#}7{#/blank#}wasn't solved．Finally, David asked Mrs．Marks if he could go to her h{#blank#}8{#/blank#}and try to solve the problem in  person．Mrs．Marks agreed and t{#blank#}9{#/blank#} him her address(住址)．When he arrived at her house，she showed him her computer and the printer. David u{#blank#}10{#/blank#}what the problem was right away．He told her,“From now on，print on white paper instead of blue!”

    This summer, my family and my aunt's family went to {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Parks in Canada. We spent most of the time hiking(徒步).

    One day, we hiked to a popular hiking way in Canada. Everything was beautiful. My cousin and I saw lots of {#blank#}2{#/blank#} animals like squirrels(松鼠) and chipmunks(花栗鼠). Surprisingly we saw a chipmunk with dirty hands. His hands were {#blank#}3{#/blank#} of berry juice! My cousin and I named it Jairo. We 7{#blank#}4{#/blank#} that Jairo was a very clever chipmunk. He {#blank#}5{#/blank#} us the whole time. My cousin said, “Do you want to shake {#blank#}6{#/blank#}with him?” So I held out my hand. I could {#blank#}7{#/blank#}believe it when he touched my hand! It was the {#blank#}8{#/blank#}time in my life I had touched a wild animal. I did it! What an {#blank#}9{#/blank#} moment!

    At that moment, I believed that animals could be friends. People and animals should live together {#blank#}10{#/blank#}.
