In this way ,they can look{#blank#}2{#/blank#} different subjects on different kinds of websites according to their own interest . But in my opinion ,children should always be watched{#blank#}3{#/blank#}surfing the internet .

    Many websites have information and pictures that children should not see .There are many things that children don't understand .All of these may have some bad influence on children's {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Also , it is dangerous to let childern use chat rooms by themselves .Many parents tell their children not to talk to {#blank#}5{#/blank#}on the street , so they should be careful of {#blank#}6{#/blank#}their children talk to on the internet,too . What's {#blank#}7{#/blank#} sitting in the front of a computer for a long time isn't good for children's eyes , so {#blank#}8{#/blank#}should monitor(监视) the time that children spend on the internet .

    In a word ,children should {#blank#}9{#/blank#} away from anything that could be bad for them . I {#blank#}10{#/blank#}believe that it is necessary for parents to watch their children when they use internet .

    We love robot dogs, but do real dogs like robot people? It {#blank#}1{#/blank#} that they do-if the robot does human things {#blank#}2{#/blank#} talk and move.

The dogs were more likely to react to the talking robot, find the food it {#blank#}8{#/blank#}, and follow its orders. They {#blank#}9{#/blank#}more time near the robot or looking at its head when the robot did things socially.

    {#blank#}10{#/blank#}the dogs probably didn't mistake the robot for a person, they might still help scientists make a more human robot.

    How you speak on the telephone is very important! If you use good telephone {#blank#}1{#/blank#} , the caller will be happy. If not, they may not want to deal with(打交道) you or your company {#blank#}2{#/blank#} .

    First, make sure you answer the call formally(正式地), giving your name and the name of your company. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} will let the caller know that you are professional.

    You should also remember {#blank#}4{#/blank#} as you speak, and use a friendly tone(语调). If you sound bored or too busy, the caller will think you are impolite.

    Similarly, if a caller asks to speak to someone, don't just say "yes" or "no". If the person is {#blank#}7{#/blank#} , say that you will put the caller through to them. If they are unavailable, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} where they are, and then take a message.

    In either situation, you will also need to get some {#blank#}9{#/blank#} about the caller, such as their name or company. Make sure you get all that you need and, most importantly, ask for it {#blank#}10{#/blank#} !
