It was a sunny day last Sunday. Liu Mei went shopping with her mother. On her way to the shop, they met (遇见)an old woman. The old woman wanted to see her husband (丈夫).He had a flu and was ill in hospital. But she did not know the way to the hospital. Liu Mei asked a policeman.He told (告诉)her to take the No. 11 bus. Liu Mei went with the old woman to the hospital andher mother went shopping by herself. Forty minutes later, the old woman saw herhusband. Liu Mei left the hospital and went to the bookstore. She did not waitfor their thanks.

    My name is Amy. I go to school from Monday to Friday. Every morning I get up at 6:30. I have four classes in the morning and two in the afternoon. We have English, math and science on Monday morning. I like Fridays very much, because I have P.E class and I can watch TV on that day.

Mum: What's this?

Dad: It's a letter. It says, "You've won a free holiday!"

Lily: Amazing! I hope it's to the sea. I can swim and play with sand.

Dad: No! I hope it's a camping holiday. I can sleep in a tent and get lots of fresh air.

Ben: No! I'd like to go to the sea in a ship. I can watch fish and eat nice food.

Mum: Well, I'd like to go to a big city. I can go shopping.

(The phone rings.)

Grandma: Hello! This is Lucky Holidays. You've won a holiday to sunny Dalian.

Lily: Dalian? That's where Grandma lives!

Grandma: Haha! This is Grandma!

Lily: Oh, Grandma! You tricked us!

Grandma: Come and have a nice summer holiday with me, will you?

Lily: Sure! That's great!

    It's Sunday today. Amy and Daming are having a picnic in the park. Look! The sun is shining. Amy and Daming are watching the ducks. The ducks are very hungry and noisy. Some ducks are swimming in the water. Some are eating Amy's food. It's a beautiful day today.

Henry: Good morning, Ken. How do you come to school?

Ken: By school bus.

Henry: What's that in your school bag?

Ken: It's my sports clothes. My sixth class is PE.

Henry: Is that your triangle?

Ken: Yes. It's for my Music class. It's my fifth class. Do you have a Music class today?

Henry: Yes. It's my third class. But I don't like Music. I like Art. It's my second class.

Ken: What's in your hand? Is that a photograph?

Henry: Yes. It's for my IT class. It's my fourth class.

Ken: I like my fourth class. It's English.

Henry: I have an English class too. It's my sixth class.
