    There is no doubt whether the Internet plays an important part in our everyday life. It can provide people with a life of highly quality. So it can also do harm to people, especially to teenagers. For an example, things such as violence and cheating often appear on the Internet, that can seriously pollute their hearts and souls (心灵). As result, children will gradually lose interest for their studies. Now it's time for the government to take some measures (措施) to deal of this problem. Some websites that breaks the rules should be punished and closed up. As students, we should also protect us from the bad influence of the Internet.

    It is known to us, a growing outbreak of H1N1 flu has been sparked in many countries. An increasing number of cases are reported every day.

    It's thought that H1N1 flu spread in the same way that regular seasonal influenza viruses do, that is, spreading from person-to-person, mainly through the coughs and sneezes of people who are sick with virus.

    Faced with this severe disease, here are some everyday measure we should take to stay healthy. First, cover your nose and mouth by a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especial after you cough or sneeze. Avoid touch your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. If you get sick, stay home from work and school or limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.

    Finally, H1N1 flu is not a terribly deadly disease, which is curable. So, don't be nervous and just keep calm as usually.

    The teenage year from 13 to 19 were the most difficult time for me. They were also the best and worse years in my life.     When I was young, I lived in the countryside.     Life is full of various experiences, some of them are unforgettable. I still remember the hiking experiences with my classmates for 16 km a year later.     "Cool" can be used to expressing a temperature that is a little bit cold or feelings of interest in almost anything. Sometimes we maximized the meaning of "cool". You can use it instead many other word such as "new" or "surprising". Here's an interesting story we can use to show the way the word is used. A teacher asked her students to write about the waterfall she had visited. On the one student's paper was just one sentence, "It's so cool."
