Each
year in Toronto thousands of school children make the {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(最好的)use
of their imaginations in workshops provided by an organization called the Inner
City Angels. These children work directly with professional artists on
different art programs. Natalie McHaffie, a professional artist, works with the
Inner City Angels. "My {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(目的)
is to teach the children about design," she says. "Once
they learn how to put things together, they can use their knowledge in the {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(大脑) for
other things, such as making a kite or designing a house."

Ms. McHaffie worked with 16 children at St. Bemard School to design a wall

school week. Each of the 16 students was asked to imagine and draw ideas for
the painting. After discussing the ideas together, they chose the theme "The
