There was once a boy called Jim in a village. Whenever Jim asked people to do things, no one would listen to him. He was sad. So Jim asked a wizard to solve the problem by using magic. The old wizard tried a lot of spells, but didn't work.

    A young man heard about the problem .He went to Jim and said that he knew the solution. He gave Jim two small pieces of paper. “These are two spells, my boy. Use the first before you ask others to do something, and use the second when they have done it. A smile is also necessary, "the young man said. Jim was happy and tried to use the spells. When he asked people to do something. He said “Please "before his words and "Thank you "after they had done it. People were very surprised that Jim could be polite.     Mr. Hunt was living in a village and he wanted to go to an office one day. He got into his car and drove to the city. He went there without any trouble and stopped in front of the door.     I like listening to music in my flee time. My favorite song is Another World by One Direction. I also like reading books and one of my favorite books is The Old Man and the Sea. But I like making clothes best. I think it is very interesting.

    In my free time, I often help my parents do the housework. I clean the rooms, wash the dishes, walk the dog and help my sister with her studies. But my favorite thing is cooking. I want to be a great cook in the future (未来).

    I like doing volunteer (志愿者) work inky free time. I go to the old people s home with my classmates twice a month. And sometimes I go to the market to help old people. I also help clean the park in my neighborhood.

    The Clark family just finished Sunday dinner.

Eating lots of vegetables is good for our health. Different vegetables can help our bodies in different ways. Eating carrots is good for our eyes. Carrots can help us see better at night. Do you want to have strong teeth? If so, you can eat some peas(豌豆). Peas have vitamin(维生素) K in them. Vitamin K is helpful to your teeth. Do you like tomatoes? They look nice. Doctors call tomatoes "healthy vegetables", because they can help you not to get cancer(癌症). They also have a kind of special vitamin PP. It can keep our skin(皮肤) healthy. So it is important to eat some tomatoes. Don't forget about spinach(菠菜). The spinach leaves have vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E. They help our bodies make red blood cells (血红蛋白).Vegetables are very important to us, but we can't only eat vegetables. We also need to eat other kinds of food to keep healthy.
