    My grandfather and I enjoy fishing.

    One Sunday morning we go fishing at a lake. We took ours fishing poles and headed for the lake. As soon as we arrived, so we dropped the lines into the water. Before waiting for about half an hour, I was beginning to get impatiently. I wanted to give up, and my grandfather told me to wait a little longer. Finally, there were a sudden pull at the pole and fish was caught. Within the next few minute, my grandfather also caught a fish.

    For years, I didn't have the habit for working out. One day last month I decide to start building the habit. Now I'm proudly to say I work out almost every day. Exercise not only gives me more energy throughout the day and also lifts my spirits. I usually exercise in the morning. That way I will get the energy I need it for the rest of the day. Exercise helps me building self-control, which are important for me to build other good habits. Also, I can use my exercise time for learning. I usually listen English programs while work out. It's a good way to build my knowledges.

In Senior Two, a difficulty I met with was that I would feel extremely nervous whenever take a test. That would cause me fail to work out some problems as could be done by me after the test. I went to my teachers and classmates at help. They told me to calm down and believe in me. Thanks to their constant encouragement, I later made a great progress in my test, and gained many confidence,

Surely, we may meet with some difficulties in our study? but we needn't be afraid of them. To deal with these difficulties, we are supposing to find out the reasons first. Beside, consulting our teachers and classmates can contribute a lot to solving problems. Just had trust in yourself!
