I'm studying at Sydney Russell School, a {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（小的）but very {#blank#}2{#/blank#}（有名的）school in Australia. All the lessons there are taught in English. I have {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（五个）subjects this term. What a big challenge! Last {#blank#}4{#/blank#}（星期）, Mr. Brown, my science t{#blank#}5{#/blank#}（老师）asked us to do a project on trees. Mingming and I were in the same group. Both of us were from China. We {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（花费）several hours staying in the library every day, reading and surfing the Internet. We even planted two trees in the school garden and took many {#blank#}7{#/blank#}（照片）of them.

    The most {#blank#}8{#/blank#}（令人兴奋的）part was the presentation. We introduced many things about trees, for example, the tallest and oldest tree in the school. Everyone {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (享受) the presentation.

    Learning by doing those things {#blank#}10{#/blank#}（帮助）me a lot. I'm sure everything will get better.

    March 25 is called the National Day of Education on the Safety of Elementary and Middle School Students. The theme of the day {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (这个) year is to give students more knowledge about safety and make {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(确信) their lives safe.

    What can we do to keep {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (我们自己) safe? Staying calm is the first and most {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (重要的) rules when facing accidents.

    When there is a fire， follow the te2tchers' instruction, leave the classroom {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (迅速地) and use a piece of cloth to cover your mouth and nose so that you don't breath in {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(烟雾).

    A stampede(蜂拥) is possible {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (任何地方). The larger a human crowd get, the more likely stampede become. When students around you begin to {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(推), stand still and try not hold onto something, or stay in a corner {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(直到……为止) the crowd leaves.  If you fall down in a moving crowd, cover your head with both {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (手).

    Playing sports is a lot of rum getting hurt isn't! Before playing sports, you should warm up for 15 to 30 minutes,

    Many students think that English is hard to learn and have trouble learning it well. But I believe that there are many ways to learn English well. Everyone has the {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(能力) to be a good learner, so be {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(耐心).

    Firstly, it's a great way to learn English by {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(重复) out loud, someone even read English in the {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(花园). Secondly, don't be afraid. Nobody will be {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(惩罚) if he makes{#blank#}6{#/blank#}(错误). Thirdly, it is a good way to learn English by reading a lot after class. It doesn't matter if you meet some new words while reading. You can guess their meanings by yourself or ask the dictionary for help{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(聪明地). Finally, {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(创建)an interest in learning English. You'd better {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(对待) it as an easy subject and catch every chance to practice it.

    In fact, {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (知识) comes from questioning. Try to ask others if you don't know something. Then you can make great progress.
