    Last Thursday we go to Mianshan Mountain for our autumn outing.We got the foot of the mountain at 9 am.     To show our love for poor kids lived in earthquake-hit areas, our school hold a special activity the other day in our school lecture hall. Its purpose was to making sure those poor kids have a warm winter. All the teachers and students in our school took an actively part in this activity. We gave away 400 pieces of clothes and 200 pairs of shoe altogether. After be sorted, they will be sent to those in the need. I believe what they did will make a great difference to those poor kids. Although we all learn to care for others, the world will be more comfortable to live.

    Last weekend, I went to visit my English teacher, who was already in his fifty. He gives me a lot of help when I was a junior middle school student. Delighting to see me, he asked my senior middle school life. Then he advised me to make fully preparations for the coming entrance examination. It was so a pleasure to see him again that I didn't notice it was pretty later. I had to say goodbye to each other.

    He is not only a good teacher but my close friend. Wherever I will go, I will always treasure a lime that I spent with my teacher.

    Last Sunday, I accompanied two of my foreign friends, Tom and Mary, around Chengdu so that they could get a feeling of the amazed city. We began by touring Kuan Zhai Alley that is known for its traditional Chinese architecture. I know the area very good so I acted as their tour guide. For lunch, I tried some Chengdu fried sauce noodles. Tom thought that they were in particularly delicious. Soon before lunch, we went to the Research Base of Giant Panda to pay a visit to the pandas. Both Mary and Tom fall in love with the lovely pandas. We finished off the day by going shopping, and they bought some paper cuts as souvenir. It was fantastic day and I hope they will come to Chengdu again.
