    The earthquake affects the students of the destroying areas in many ways. How can we help them? One expert says the child will have feelings of fear, angry and feel they are not safe after the quake. They will find it hardly to focus. They will tend to cry and shout and tremble. And they might be afraid to be alone. The teenagers will find it difficult to live in a balance way. If things get worse they might not be able to focus to their studies. He also say we can do something to help the children. The first thing is that to build up trust with them, and be their friend. Then you have to give them sense of safety. Thirdly, try to satisfy their psychological needs. Be a good listener whether he or she needs to talk.

    I was said that there is a poor countryman, who had nothing but a adult goose. One morning the man went to his goose's nest, and lucky he saw a yellow and glittering egg there.

    He took the eggs home. In his delight, he found that it was an egg of pure gold.

    Every morning the same thing was occurred, and he soon became rich by sell his eggs.

    The countryman became more and more greedy. He wanted get all the gold at once, so he killed the goose. Therefore, when he looked inside, he found nothing in it's body.

    Today we had a chemistry test. I found the test difficulty, but I tried hardly to do it. Suddenly Mary, my best friend, asking me to let her to copy my answers. After think for some time, I let her copy my answers. But after the test, all of us were called to the teacher's office. The teacher was angry because we had same answers in the tests. We were warned not to cheat again so she would need to see our parents. I was very upset. I didn't cheat. I was just helping a friend. Why does she punish me?

    Have you ever had headaches during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can't sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.

    However, not all stress was harmful to you. Some kinds of stress can help you getting things done better, like when you are running towards the finishing line or when you are asking to deliver a speech to your class. Stress sometimes can push you to make full preparation for a test.

    The best approach reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If you get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.

Dear Mr Smith,

    How are you? As a exchange student, I am writing to tell you I would prefer to move into a single room in next term, as I find it inconvenient share a room with others. My roommate often held parties at night, made much noise. Besides, his friends are always visiting him, that disturbs me a lot. So I hope to draw your attentions to this problem.
