Plants are very {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (importance). This is {#blank#}2{#/blank#} plants can make food from air, water and sunlight. Animals and man cannot make food from air, water and sunlight. They can get their food by {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(eat) plants and animals. So animals and man need plants in order {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(live). This is why there are so many plants {#blank#}5{#/blank#} us. There {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (be) two kinds of plants: flowering plants(开花植物) and non-flowering plants(不开花植物). Almost all the trees around us are flowering plants. We can know some trees from their flowers {#blank#}7{#/blank#} fruits. Non-flowering plants do not grow flowers. We cannot see many non flowering plants around us. If we look {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(careful) at the plants around us, we {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (find) that there are many kinds of plants.     Greetings from Hawaii! It has so beautiful sunshine here! We{#blank#}1{#/blank#} (have) a great time now.

    This week we {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (be) in Honolulu," the capital of Hawaii. It has the most famous beach, WaiKiKi. The water is very clear {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the waves(波浪) are very high. It's good for surfing(冲浪), So it's full of people. I learned surfing {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Tony last month. Yesterday we went surfing in the sea and it was such great {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (funny)! We had a wonderful {#blank#}6{#/blank#} there. Tony is a very good surfer and he's also{#blank#}7{#/blank#} good teacher. So I can surf very {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(good) now.
