    One day, I took my daughter to the park. As soon as we got there, my daughter {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(run) to the swing（秋千）and asked for a push. When I was helping my daughter, I noticed another girl trying to make her own swing{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(go) high by herself. Her old grandmother was sitting on the chair nearby and smiling at us. Happily, my daughter {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(push) higher and higher by me.

    Then I walked towards the little girl. I asked {#blank#}4{#/blank#} I could give a big push to her. She smiled and said “Yes”. For the next hour, I pushed the swings, and played {#blank#}5{#/blank#} my daughter and the little girl. When we went home, I was tired {#blank#}6{#/blank#} very happy.

    One day two years{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(late), after a day's work, I went to pick up my daughter before going home. While I was waiting outside the school gate, a little girl smiled {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(sweet) at me and gave me a big hug. As I watched her run away, I realized that she was the girl whom I gave a big push in the park.

    So far, I couldn't forget her sweet smile and the warm hug that she gave me. In fact, if we give love to others, love will find its way back to us. It may travel {#blank#}9{#/blank#} heart to heart or it may blossom（开花）in the heart. The love we share, the {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(kind) we give, and the happiness we create will come back to us with a pleasant surprise.

    The "selfie" is used to describe the self-taken photo, often from a smartphone. Someone takes about 10 selfies each time he does, and he only ends up {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (post) one or two of those. He picks the one that he feels make him look the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (good). In that picture, he gains confidence. For that moment, everything bad or terrible that has happened to him {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(remove), because that smile is what gives him the {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (determine) to love himself.

    I read {#blank#}5{#/blank#} poem recently and the young man said, "If I ask you {#blank#}6{#/blank#} you love, the answers will most likely roll off your tongue. You love to read.     That statement hit me like a ton of bricks. I've struggled with confidence all my life. I still do. And in {#blank#}8{#/blank#} way am I saying that taking a selfie is a gateway {#blank#}9{#/blank#} confidence. {#blank#}10{#/blank#}, the selfie does deserve some credit for allowing individuals to express themselves.

    The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic (残奥会)Games brought the world's attention to sport like never before. It was admirable {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(see) a small nation like the UK organize the Olympic for {#blank#}2{#/blank#} third time in modern history.

    Every town in Britain has football, rugby or cricket club (sometimes all three) and at least one swimming pool. Schools have a gymnasium and playing fields with a running track. As British is an island, there are lots of opportunities for practising water sports {#blank#}6{#/blank#} well.

    "Fair play" in British society is as important as {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (win) or losing. Teamwork is also necessary in many areas of professional life. Even so, individualism (个性)and competitiveness make sporting champions. Steve Redgrave, winner of five gold {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(medal) at five Olympic Games, says: "Being {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (confidence)in yourself is the most important in sporting success. {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(personal), it is the iron in the mind not the supplements (增补物）that wins medals."
