My summer holiday is coming to the end．During the holiday，we went to Dalian for a visit，I saw the beautiful sea there，it was really amazing．The sea water was as blue as the sky，and it was very clean．Also，the beach in Dalian was very nice，we built a small sand palace．When I was swimming in the sea，as if I was a little fish．I like that feeling very much．I also spent time to study for school．I read many books，practiced math problems，and I finished all of my homework．I was very happy．

    Today is September 1. It's the first day of school. Lily wants to go back to school. She wants to meet her friends. She wants to meet her new teachers.

    Lily gets up early in the morning. She washes her face and has breakfast. Then she rides her bike to school. She sees her friends on the playground. She plays hide­and­seek(捉迷藏) with them. In the classroom, Lily meets her new English teacher. Her name is Mrs. Green. Lily likes Mrs. Green. She can speak English very well. Lily thinks she is a nice teacher.

    Today is Sunday. Bob goes to the zoo with his friends. He climbs up the wall to see the tigers and lions. A zookeeper shouts at him, "Don't do that. It's dangerous." He tries to touch the bear in the cage. A zookeeper shouts, "Don't touch it. It is dangerous." He wants to catch the ducks in the pool. A zookeeper shouts, "Stop! It's dangerous." Bob comes back home sadly. His mother asks him, "How's the zoo today?" Bob says, "It's no fun. Everything is dangerous!"

    Hello! I'm Oliver. I'm from Canada. I can dance. I can speak English and sing English songs. But I can't play the pipa. I can swim and play volleyball. But I can't do any kung fu. I can't cook and I can't draw cartoons.

    Today is New Year's Day. The students are very happy and busy. They are in the classroom now. They are having a big party. Chen Jie is singing and dancing. Amy is drinking water. Jim is eating a big apple. There are many fruits in front of him. Sarah is watching TV. Zhang Peng is talking to Jack. What is the teacher doing? She is writing "Happy New Year" on the blackboard.
