Today, thousands of people are taking Yoga classes all over the world. Yoga, as a traditional  (运动) from India, has become more than a sports activity and has changed into a lifestyle(生活方式). People love it and  (喜欢) the culture of it.

    Yoga classes are no longer crowded with  (妇女). According to a survey, now more and more fashionable young men love it, too. Mike, an American, is one of the  (成员) of a Yoga club in Beijing. He is among the few men students in his class. Mike says Yoga has helped him  （放松） and made him much  （更健康） than before. At the  (相同的) time, more young Chinese men are joining in the activity. Xiao Gang, first asked to take the Yoga course by his girlfriend, hoped that he could be thinner  (通过) doing Yoga. Now he has become a real Yoga fan. He has also  (参加) a lot of competitions. He successfully lost 2.5kg and became thinner. He says he feels  (自豪的) of himself. He feels more and more energetic in his work, too.
