    Since last winter, the smog has been occurred a lot of times. Luckily, people have realized the serious harm causing by the smog and the importance of protecting the environment. People all over the country are taking measure to reduce the smog.     I lived in my hometown ten years before．It was a quiet and beautiful village with green tree and clean water．I miss the days spend in my hometown so much.

    When I was in my hometown, I always wake up early in the morning．Some people took a walk around while others was doing their farm work．I used to go to the hill nearby with my grandpa on every day with a little dog following them. There I'd like to play the dog while my grandpa was taking care of his fruit trees. Sometimes I would go to the river to catch fish. What happy I was!

    Being a senior student, I like English more than any other subject. Besides take English lessons at school, I go to the English Corner in the park where is near my home on Saturday mornings. It was set up two years ago, for purpose of helping students make progresses in English. Many high school students regular gather there. Sometimes some college students or even foreign friends are present at the English Corner. Here we practice spoken English, talking about what we are interested in and sharing with our experience in learning English. My English had been greatly improved since I attended them for the first time.
