    Today while walking past the train station, I notice two young men carrying some huge bag. They were consulting a map and seemed confused, so I asked them who they were looking for. They were looking for an address that wasn't easy to find it, and it happened to being the same way l was going.  However, I helped them with one of the bags and walked with them until we found the rightly house. We had nice talk and l was told that they had come all the way from French. They were very grateful for me, and I felt very happy.

    This morning I got up early and went to school as usually, only to find there were nobody in the classroom because it is Sunday. “How a bad memory I have!” I couldn't help laughing.     Growing up, I didn't have much ambition and I was wasted a lot of time on video games. One day, with no reason I picked up a book, that was about seven habits of highly successful teenagers. We don't remember much about the story, but one key concept what truly impressed me was the idea of time. The book stressed the importance of use our time wisely. I know it sounds crazily t but during that time I was aimless person. However, after I read that book, I made a decision to spend as many time as possible just reading. Believe it or not, I've made great progresses since.

    I worked as a health nurse in a very poor city in Florida. I was often very kindly to my patients, especially the old people. One Christmas Day as I were cooking Christmas dinner to my family, I thought of some old people there. They were my patients which were always alone at home. So I decide to make more and deliver hot meals to them. When I saw my two sons play in the house happily, but I made them stop. And I asked them help me pack and deliver these meals. As we took the food into our poor houses, they were very moving and we saw tears of joy in their eyes.
