Boys and girls,

    To make better use of the books we have used but no longer need them, we've planned to set up the book bank. We can recycle books and magazines that is in good condition in an effective way, thus avoided unnecessary waste. Meanwhile, the notes in our books can help another students learn their lessons efficiently than before. What's equal important is that, by using the recycling books, a lot of money can be saved.

    Therefore, it's necessary that the Senior 3 students generously donate the used books and other learning materials, that will definitely serve as excellent examples for the students in those lower grade.

    I love camping. It is my favoritest way to spend the summer vacation. Last year, my family and I went camping in the countryside. It was one of the most excited experiences I had never had. We slept in a tent and went on a long walk every day. We cook over a fire and the food always tasted wonderfully. For a whole week, I saw lovely mountain views or breathed fresh air. At night, I heard the gentle wind blowing in the tree, and I felt so peaceful. It doesn't cost many to camp, and what I believe it's the best way to get close nature and enjoy its beauty.

    Last summer, I got a part-time job like a waiter. I worked hardly and was very helpful. Everyone in the restaurant including some regular customer liked me. One day, a foreign couple, which were in their fifties, entered the restaurant. I was happy to have a chance to practice my spoken English. I went up to greet them warmly. After I took their order, I told them their food will be served quickly because us Chinese respect the elderly. Hearing my words, a look of displeasure was appeared on the wife's face. Seen my confused look, her husband explained to me the westerners disliked the description “old”. I made a apology to them, keeping in mind the lesson cultural differences should never be ignored (忽视).

    It was sunny last Saturday. I determined buy two novels and some magazines. So I went to a bookstore with my four-year-old sister Jenny. There are lots of people in the crowded bookstore. There I saw my friends Lisa. As we hadn't seen each other for the long time, we talked for a while .Where I said goodbye to Lisa, I couldn't find Jenny at all. She was missing! I was such worried that I called her name "Jenny" again and again, but everybody answered. About fifteen minutes late, I found my sister in a toy shop. A shop assistant(售货员)was played with her. Thank at God!

    Last summer I take a part­time job in the International Camp for children. I have been told one more worker will needed this year and I think you are fit to it. How about join us? The camp is at the foot of a small hill close to a river. It is so a beautiful place! We can hear birds singing happy all around. Everybody sleeps in tents, that is very exciting. We usually work only five hours a day so they will have plenty of spare time to visit the area and have a fun. I am sure it will be an unforgettable experience.
