Today was hot. I went to the farm with my parents. There was a river near the farm.

    I went to the river with my dog .We ran and played . Suddenly I dropped（掉进）into the river ,"Help , Help„„"My dog jumped into（跳进）the river and swam to  me , Ten minutes later ,

    I was saved（救）. I was grateful to him. We are good friends.

    This is Ann's family. There are three people in her family. Her mother works in a hospital. She goes to work by bike every-day. Her father is a policeman. He does sports every day. Ann is a pupil. She gets up early in the morning and does morning exercises every day. They often take a walk after supper(晚餐).

    John had a race with his father and his friend Max. There were many people there. His father, Mr. Black, ran very fast, but John could not. There was nothing he could do. He was so worried. "I could run fast at school," he thought. "Why am I so slow now?"

    Then Robin said, "Drink this!" and gave John some water. John drank it and suddenly（突然地）he felt good. He could run fast again.

    Sports are good for people's health(健康). Many people like sports.

Old people usually do exercises in the morning. Some like walking and dancing. Some like Taichi(太极拳).

    Students play different sports at school. They can join sports clubs. They can play with their classmates. They can play basketball, table tennis, badminton and volleyball. Sports can help students grow tall and strong.

    Many people play sports at weekends. They go to parks and gyms. But some people just run on a running machine(跑步机) at home.
