　　I didn't know what to say to you. But when I know there are few days left for me, I tell {#blank#}3{#/blank#} that I should give you an answer. So here is what I believe.
First, you should know that life is filled(充满) with{#blank#}4{#/blank#} , and many of them are good ones. If you don't keep your eyes {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , you'll miss a number of good surprises in your life.

It's also important to decide what you want. Then keep your dream , work hard for it, and be ready to receive it. It will come true more quickly.

    What kind of music do you like? How do you {#blank#}1{#/blank#} when you listen to your favorite music? Do you think music can make people feel better or help {#blank#}2{#/blank#}learn?

    Jen Morgan is a music therapist (治疗专家). She works with children with disabilities (缺陷). Jen {#blank#}3{#/blank#}music to help them learn new things. She can also help them with their {#blank#}4{#/blank#}and memory (记忆力).

    There are different {#blank#}5{#/blank#} for doing music therapy. Jen gets the children to listen to music and sing or play along. The children also enjoy moving to the music. Jen asks them to try to {#blank#}6{#/blank#}songs they like, too.

    Jen writes songs and uses them in her therapy work. "I've probably written more than 200 songs," she says. "I write songs about {#blank#}7{#/blank#} about getting dressed, about flowers, about my favorite food—you name it Sometimes the children help me write songs."

    Jen loves her job {#blank#}8{#/blank#}a music therapist "I'm very lucky to have this job," she says. It's {#blank#}9{#/blank#}to see how music can help children with disabilities. Often children are {#blank#}10{#/blank#} when I first meet them. But they soon start having fun and enjoying the music. Music makes people feel good!

   The grandmilitary parade (盛大阅兵式) and celebrationswere held in Tian'anmen Square, Beijing on Oct. 1 for the 70th anniversary of thefounding of the People's Republic of China.

   A grandmilitary parade was held in the morning, showing the great progress made by theChinese armed forces in recent years. About 15,000 officers and soldiers took partin the 80-minute parade in front of Tian'anmen Square. Then, a mass pageant(群众游行展) showing China's historical achievements andthe nation's great rejuvenation(伟大复兴)was held. It was seenas a lesson on Chinese history and how far the nation has progressed. The mass pageantlasted 65 minutes and was divided into five parts, each part showed respect to Chineseleaders in the past and leaders now, from Mao Zedong to Xi Jinping. In the evening,a gala(盛会)took place in Tian'anmen Square. The songs, dancesand fireworks celebrated the nation and its people.

    President Xi expressed warm National Day congratulations toChinese people home and abroad. Standing on the Tian'anmen Rostrum in Beijing, whereChairman Mao Zedong announced the founding of the PRC on Oct 1, 1949, Xi recalledChinese history. He also showed a road map for the country to realize the Chinesedream of national rejuvenation. He called for efforts to make a better life andto keep making achievements. The parade and celebrations have set off Chinese people'spatriotism (爱国心)and a strongsense of pride.

When Barbara was young, she dreamed of being a writer. In 1972, she {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a children's book and wanted to get it published. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, she failed. Barbara finally made the hard decision to give {#blank#}3{#/blank#} her dream.

Luckily, Barbara's grandson Chad made her dream come {#blank#}4{#/blank#} last Christmas. Chad discovered his {#blank#}5{#/blank#} old manuscript (手稿) by accident. Reading the pages, he was {#blank#}6{#/blank#} by the story. He decided to give his grandmother a perfect Christmas gift—the publication of her book.

{#blank#}7{#/blank#} Christmas morning, Chad handed Barbara a gift bag. As Barbara carefully opened the gift, she couldn't believe {#blank#}8{#/blank#} eyes. It was {#blank#}9{#/blank#} beautiful printed book! She was so excited that she didn't realize Chad was {#blank#}10{#/blank#} a video. Since Chad posted the video online, it has had over 4 million views and about 800000 likes. "This is probably the {#blank#}11{#/blank#} thing someone has ever done for me." Barbara says in the video.
