    The queen was interested in the idea, so she started immediately. As she was on top of the hill near her palace, she looked down and suddenly something cried in her heart, "Why have I never found my palace so beautiful?"

    The queen spent one year travelling. She saw beauty on the farm, in the forest and even in the stars twinkling (闪烁)at night on her journey. But what was the most beautiful thing? She thought it over. Suddenly, she under- stood beauty was everywhere. She should learn to enjoy the world. She left the pieces of her crown at different places that she had seen. As time went by, the queen's crown got smaller and smaller until nothing was left.

    She found the most beautiful thing at last. It was the world!

Dear Helen,

I had a great time in Hong Kong. I spent five days there. Let me tell you what I did. Today I went shopping with my aunt but I didn't buy anything. The things were too expensive.

Yesterday I took a boat trip around the famous Victoria Harbor(维多利亚港). I took lots of photos.

The day before yesterday I went to the zoo. I saw some monkeys there. Oh, I also bought some gifts there. On Thursday I went to the bird market. I saw many kinds of birds from all around the world. On Wednesday my aunt took me to the beach. We lay on the beach and enjoyed the sun. On the beach I met my friend. We played happily on the beach. What about your trip? Mr. Green has a fruit shop in the town. He is friendly to the people, so people like to buy fruit in his shop. 

One day, Mr. Green brings some grapes home for his grandson Steven because he knows his grandson likes eating grapes best. He puts these grapes in the kitchen. After lunch, he goes back to his shop. That afternoon Steven comes back from school. He looks around for something to eat and finds the fruit. "Great!I am so lucky today!Grapes are the best things in the world!"

Mr. Green gets home after he closed his shop in the evening. When he sees Steven, he asks, "Do you have the grapes?" His grandson answers, "Yes. And I eat all of them. "

"Do you wash them?"

"Oh, I forget. I am too hungry. What should I do?"

A few minutes later, Mr. Green finds that Steven is drinking water. 

"Are you thirsty? Why are you drinking so much water?" asks Mr. Green. 

Steven says, "I want to wash the grapes in my stomach(胃) with the water. "
