Every summer Carol travels a lot by herself and visits new places. Last August she had a {#blank#}1{#/blank#} vacation, so she was on a tour of four countries in Europe. Europe was beautiful but her vacation wasn't very nice. She was in each country only for three days. She visited too many museums and was always {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. After her vacation she was tired and bored. This summer she is going to spend her vacation in a   {#blank#}3{#/blank#} way. She is going to travel to one country in Asia with friends and visit only one city. They will stay there for seven days and they are going to choose a city near the sea {#blank#}4{#/blank#} they can go swimming and have picnics on the beach. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a happy journey it must be!

    Look! Students are learning folk {#blank#}1{#/blank#} at school. They are {#blank#}2{#/blank#}a middle school in Nanshan. The school has offered folk art classes since 2016. It invites artists to teach students embroidery (刺绣)and pyrograph (烙画). Pyrograph is a kind of art in which the artist draws on pieces of wood or {#blank#}3{#/blank#}objects by using burn marks. Students {#blank#}4{#/blank#} use gourds (葫芦)for their pyrography classes. The classes can help students learn more about Chinese traditional folk art and pass {#blank#}5{#/blank#} on.
