    An English club will be set up on Dec. 16 in our school. It aims to arouse our interests in English and make us know more about the world.

    I was reading an article in a book while I came across a word I didn't know. “Dad, what is the meaning of the word?” My dad, as he usual did after work, was watching his most favorite show. “You have the dictionary, don't you?” he shot back. He didn't even look up my face. I went back my room, and there on my study table is that dictionary. I looked it up and found it's exact meaning.     I usually go to school by bike. And this morning I went on foot. On the way to school, I happen to witness an accident. A middle-aged woman was knocked down by a car while crosses the street.     My friend Tom has benefited great from humour. He is kind but overweight, that brings him a lot of problems. Once one of my classmates laugh at him, "why are you so fat?"
