美丽的海南岛

    My hometown Hainan is a beautiful place. Hainan Island is in the south of our country. It is the second largest island in China. It is famous for its wonderful sights, especially the blue sea and the white beaches.

    The weather here is neither too hot nor too cold all the year round. On the island you can go sightseeing, fishing, swimming Or scuba diving(潜水). You can also enjoy the fruit here, such as coconuts(椰子), mangoes, etc.

    Mr White is our English teacher. He is a tall man. He likes wearing a white shirt and black trousers. He likes Chinese very much. He likes flying a kite. We often see him fly kites in the park. His home is near the school. He often walks home. He has two sons. They are twins and look the same. They often wear the same clothes. We usually play table tennis with them. We love the twins very much.

    Miss Luo is our English teacher. She is tall and beautiful. Miss Luo has many hobbies. She likes singing very much. She can sing both Chinese and English songs very well. She likes reading too. We often see her at the book shop. She also likes seeing films. She knows a lot about films. She often goes to the cinema with her daughter.

    Miss Luo is good at cooking. Sometimes she invites us to her home. She bakes (烘焙) yummy cakes for us. We all like her cakes.

    We love Miss Luo. She is both a good teacher and a good cook.
