    I'm Amy. I live in a big city. Usually my father goes to work by car. He likes driving, but he doesn't like driving to work. Why is that? Because it takes too much time. There is always a lot of traffic. His car is very slow. He goes home very late every day. And he is very tired（累的）. He doesn't like playing with me after work. Today, he is happy. "There is going to be a train near our home! I am going to work by subway next year. It is fast. I can read newspapers on the train. I can listen to music, too!" My mom says, "Then you can come back early and cook the meals." I say, "You can play with me after work."

    Last summer I went to Qingdao with my parents.Qingdao is in the east of China.The weather was warm there. I swam in the sea every day.We ate lots of fish.I bought many presents for my friends too.We had a lovely time there.

We are going to the Great Wall. On the bus, there are two Chinese. One is a woman, the other is a man. The woman is good at English. She is talking with us about the Great Wall. The other people are listening to her. They like the Great Wall. They want to see it very much.

    Mike is a handsome (英俊的) boy. He comes from America. He is fourteen years old. His father, Mr Brown, works in a big company (公司) in Beijing. Mike has a lovely sister. Her name is Mary. She is only four.

    It is Sunday today. Mike's family are all at home. Mr Brown is reading the newspaper in the living room. Mrs Brown is watering the flowers out of the house. She is a doctor. Where is Mike? Oh, he is cleaning his new bike. Where is Mary? She is in her bedroom. She is playing with her puppy (小狗). She's a pretty girl!
