Last summer holiday, we went to Hong Kong with many other students by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there. In Hong Kong, all of the buildings (建筑物)are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until (直到) about 11：30 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive(贵的), so we only bought a few souvenirs(纪念品). We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like the Ocean Park. The park is very big. I don't like the food. Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

    London is the capital(首都) of England. The famous Hyde Park is in London. The park is very beautiful. And Big Ben is in London, too. It is old and tall. It is very famous. Tower Bridge is famous, too. River Thames(泰晤士河) is very long and wide(宽的). Some boats are on the river every day.

    My name is Tom. I like shopping very much, but I never go shopping on weekends. There are too many people in shop. I don't like shopping with other people. It usually takes me much time to buy things because I never buy the first thing I see. I always look around other shops to find the same thing cheaper. I'm good at finding cheap things. I don't like buying food in small shops or street markets. I think food in the supermarket is fresh and cheap.

    The students of Class One are at a flower show in People's Park. There are many nice flowers there. Some are red and white, and some are blue and yellow. Li Hong is going to buy some nice flowers. She is going to buy some small flowers and plant them beside her house. Some of the small flowers are very expensive and some are cheap. At last she gets some red roses. She likes red a lot and she is very happy.

    Many children like watching TV. It's very interesting. They can know and learn many things about the world. They can learn easily on TV. Why? Because they can hear and watch at the same time. Watching TV can help to open children's mind. Many children watch TV only on Saturday and Sunday evenings, because they are very busy from Monday to Friday. Some children watch TV every night. They go to bed late. It's not good for their eyes and health, so please don't always watch TV at home. How often do you watch TV in a week?
