    It is well-known that good habits do us good all our life. Entered high school, I took delight in having fast food and often eat too much.    The following informations is about the American school system. Secondary school in the US usual covers seven years, grades six to twelve. Ninth to twelfth grades were high school. In the end of twelfth grade, American students receive the high school diploma. Students need a high school diploma if they want to go to a college. The school year is dividing into two semesters, the first of that is September through December; and the second January through May. Students start school at 7:50 am. or finish at 3 pm. They can also take part all kind of activities.

    About one year before, we got a lovely cat named Tom. He enjoys watch my elderly neighbor in her garden. Although he won't let her to touch him, he always keeps an eye on her.

    One afternoon I heard Tom calling strange. When I reached the door to check on him, his calling stops, so I headed back to the kitchen. Just as I did, her calling started again.     As the development of the Internet, there is a kind of language calling the Web Language. The other day our class have a discussion about if we should welcome the Web Language. Forty percent of students think it ridiculous. In their opinions, it does no good to helping people communicating, nor is it useful for learning English Besides, it'll make Chinese more standard, finally ruining our mother tongue. However, 60% of our class are fond of it. They think it simple, convenient and helpful in expressing them. Personally, I think it's not a good habit to use the Web Language. It may be popular, but you may make yourself be misunderstood.
