During the day we work and play; at night we sleep. Our bodies rest while we sleep. In the morning we are ready to work and play again. While we are asleep, our bodies grow most. Children who are tired usually need more sleep. We can get our lessons better and we feel better too, when we have had plenty of rest. Boys and girls who are eight or nine years old need ten hours of sleep every night. Our bodies need plenty of air when we sleep. If we do not get enough fresh(新鲜的)air we'll feel tired when we wake up. While in bed we must not cover our heads. If we do, our lungs(肺)will not get enough fresh air.     Water has always been necessary for our health. Then what kind of water do you drink, tap water or bottled water? Do you get a healthier, safer and more refreshing(提神的) drink when you buy bottled water off the shelf? My answer is "no", and doing so hurts the environment and your wallet.

First of all, there are no studies showing that bottled water is better for you, and in fact, it may be less safe than tap water. A study of over l, 000 people in Belfast found that they couldn't tell the differences between tap water and bottled water when asked which was purer, more pleasant, natural and refreshing. Bottled water can come from springs(泉水) or from the mountains. It can also be treated, for example, to have iron(铁) removed. It is reported that there is around 82.8g of CO2 for a half-liter(半公升) bottle. This will be harmful to people's health when everyone's drinking it. However, bottled water is popular with many people. Its success is from excellent marketing and our laziness in filling reusable bottles with tap water.

Secondly, bottled water can cost between 500 to 1, 000 times more than dap water. In 2015, the UK drank 2.4 billion liters o of bottled water, and by 2016 this had risen to 2.6 billion liters. Yet, you get this from the tap, for free.

Besides, recycling is improving, but in America, it is said that only a quarter of bottles can be used again. So is it really so much better that it is worth both paying for and harming the earth? Or should you stop buying it?

As a general rude, I believe that most of us should enjoy more tap water, and stop using so many bottles.

Some researchers explain how most people form their social groups with people of their age. Especially, as children and teenagers, even adults, people make their friends based on proximity (邻近) more than anything else. Even in a college classroom, the students may not make friends with those who have similar personalities and interests. It's the people they really sit next to. Clearly, who stands to you has the greatest influence on you. As Jim Rohn has widely said. "You are average (平均) of five people you spend the most little with."

Over the past ten months, I've paid Ryan, it Famous writer of several bestselling books, to help with the book I'm writing. Working with him has shown me just how low my standards for my work are. For example, every time I send him a drab (草稿), he shows me how it could     be 10 times better, and he holds me to that standard.

▲   It's because that I don't know what I don't know. Working with Ryan has made me realize what is possible and what it takes to create something powerful.

Like Ryan, my business partner Richard has wonderful ideas and far different experience than I have. He has written 36 New York Times Bestsellers. He's been speaking and doing events for 20 years. Richard always performs at high levels, and he is also very strict with me because my performance is a reflection (反映) on him. It's not a bad thing because it creates high pressure (压力) to help me make great progress in organizing author training.

In a word, you need to stay with those people who can help you realize your level and potential. Staying with people who have higher standards is the fastest way for you to change. If you don't change your environment, your progress will be very slow. Who you stay with has huge importance. You can't ignore this.

Ye Lianping is a 96- year- old re tired teacher from a village in Anhui Province. He has been teaching left- behind children there for free during the past 24 years.

Teaching has always been an important part of Ye's life. After he retired, he began offering free English- language classes to left- behind children. He first set up a classroom in his own house. Later, with the help of the government, he got another two classrooms. To provide education for more children, he also set up the Ye Lianping Scholarship Fund with almost all his money and the donations(捐赠物) from others. So far, it has helped hundreds of left- behind children.

Ye is quite generous(慷慨的) to these children, but he spends very little money on himself. He lives a very simple life. He lives with his wife in a house built over 30 years ago. He never buys any drinks. And he has been wearing the same jacket for over 40 years.

Although he is getting older, Ye is never tired of teaching. In 2018, he got hurt while riding a bicycle to buy vegetables. Instead of resting in bed for recovery, he quickly returned to class with a walking stick.

Ye is racing against time to spend as much time as possible on left- behind children's education. People call him "the candlelight of the village". But he said, "I'm just a firefly(萤火虫), muking little light, not as much light as a candlelight can give. "

When did you last say"I love you"to your father? If you can't remember, then you can get the chance this Father's Day in June.

Generally compared to a mother, a father represents (代表) qualities like independence, confidence, courage and adventure. Also, a caring father can help their children get along with others, according to a study on Live Science. Fathers not only lead their children into their social circle but also teach them how to act and control(控制) their feelings.

For example, Microsoft founder Bill Gates was quiet and didn't like to talk with others when he was a little kid. So his father often held family parties and let Bill play games with family members. "Games like soccer and swimming seemed to be silly at that time but they improved my ability of leading and getting along with others, " Gates once said in an interview.

The US actor Will Smith learnt important lessons from small things taught by his father. His father once planned to pull down a wall of their shop and rebuild it. But little Will thought it was impossible. After a year and a half, they did it. "You say,'I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid.' You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall, "he said on a TV show.

"One father is more than a hundred schoolmasters, "the British poet George Herbert(1593—1633) once said. Do you agree?
