One of my main concerns when I am helping people achieve their goals {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (be) how they measure success . I see individuals getting  {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (frustrate) as they struggle hard for success.

    The main reason is that people allow their definition of success to be determined by someone or something else. We should look at {#blank#}3{#/blank#} own skills to determine what is successful to us. We should look inwards to determine {#blank#}4{#/blank#} it would mean for us to be successful in our own mind.

    Evaluating a successful person needs {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (look) at his pathway to success, his action and his{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (determine). You must set your own course of action, {#blank#}7{#/blank#} stay on your course. You alone must determine what success means to you. Do what you do to the best of your ability and the rest will take care of itself.

    Here is the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (true). Being a success is doing your best, not being the best. Success is not something you become, but it is something you continue being.

    When we get to that point, we will experience a lot more joy and a lot less depression. And that {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (sound) good to us!

    The Abbey Road pedestrian crossing in Northern London is one of the world's most famous {#blank#}1{#/blank#} it is on the cover of Beatles album. Now, the British government {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(put) it on the list of national heritage sites.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (normal), only buildings and other architectural sites get the award. It is the first time {#blank#}4{#/blank#} a section of street became part of {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (Britain) National Heritage. The crossing is near the Abbey Road studios {#blank#}6{#/blank#}the Beatles made most of their records. Today it can {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(see) around the world on a special webcam(网络摄像头). The studio building {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(it)became listed by British Heritage last February. The photographer of the picture said he only had 10 minutes {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(take) it. It became one of the most famous album covers of all times. The Abbey Road  album was {#blank#}10{#/blank#}last one the Beatles completed before they broke up.

    Lasa Bailey took her gloves off when {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(take)her dog for a long walk on a winter day and didn't notice anything until that evening. She was shocked when she realized her beautiful anniversary ring was missing. She {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(hurry)back to look for it but couldn't find anything. Her husband kept going on a website where people sell jewelry,{#blank#}3{#/blank#} never found it.

    All that changed, however, thanks to a recent Facebook post {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(write)on their local police department's page. A woman police officer posted, "If anybody knows of anybody losing a diamond ring, please contact us." One of her friends read it and wrote on it "Lisa Bailey".

    The police station happened to find some unidentified {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(jewel)in a local pawn shop (当铺) and took them away. When Bailey learned from her friend that her ring might {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(find), she couldn't believe it.

    The police called Bailey and asked her to describe it. She sent a picture of it to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} and then they asked if she could come to the police station. When the police officer in the station {#blank#}8{#/blank#} had written the Facebook post handed her the ring the next day  she was very thrilled and started to tear up. She could wear her anniversary ring home where it belongs {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (final) after three years' wait.

    Bailey's husband had offered to replace the ring after it went {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (miss), but she refused because she thought it wouldn't be the same.

    Many teens in high school want to try out for sports because they think playing sports will make them more popular. But there are lots of other {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (benefit)of sports that teens may overlook(忽视).

    With TV, movies, computers, and video games {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (become)more and more popular, it has become much {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (easy)for teens to be home by themselves rather than going out with friends. Teens used to hang out at the mall or drive around the town; now they just sit at home. Getting teens into a sport {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (give)them an opportunity to go out and socialize. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  they may not find a new best friend，they will learn how to interact and work as {#blank#}6{#/blank#} team, something that they'll find {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (use)later in life.

    More and more teens are becoming overweight. If teens see that their physical condition is causing them to perform {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (bad), they may be motivated to do other activities {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (get)healthy. When your children reach their youth, part of good parenting will provide them {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the direction and encouragement and continue to help them develop a healthy style of living.

    Without proper planning, tourism can cause {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (problem). For example, too many tourists can flow into public places {#blank#}2{#/blank#} are also enjoyed by the natives of a country. If tourism create too much traffic, the local people will become {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (happy). They begin to dislike tourists and to treat them {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (impolite). They forget how much tourism can help the country's economy. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} is important to think about the people of a destination (目的地) country and how tourism influences {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (they). Tourism should help {#blank#}7{#/blank#} country keep its customs and its beauty should attract tourists. Besides, tourism should also increase the wealth and {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(happy) of the locals.

    Too much tourism can be a problem. If tourism {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (grow) too quickly, people must leave other jobs {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(work) in the tourism industry. This means that other parts of the country's economy can suffer. On the other hand, if there is not enough tourism, people can lose jobs. Business can also lose money.
