Researchers found that people who drank a lot of water every day were healthier and lived{#blank#}3{#/blank#}than those who didn't. And these people developed fewer serious{#blank#}4{#/blank#}with age. What's more, they added that adults who did not drink{#blank#}5{#/blank#}water might die at a younger age. These people were much easier to show signs （迹象） of{#blank#}6{#/blank#}old. 

The researchers{#blank#}7{#/blank#}the information of older patients who visited a hospital at least five times. Dr Natalia Dmitrieva, the lead researcher of the study, said, "The results suggest that proper （适量的）water may {#blank#}8{#/blank#}slow down aging （衰老）. People should drink more water and{#blank#}9{#/blank#}, and eat more fruit and vegetables. An adult {#blank#}10{#/blank#}to drink at least 1. 5 liters （升） of water every day. "
