Last summer I went to Qingdao. Qingdao is in the east of China. I went there with my mother and my grandma. The weather there was very hot. I swam in the sea every day. We ate lots of fish. We had a lovely time there.

    I'm going to the village to visit my grandma tomorrow. And my grandma's birthday is coming. Mum is going to make a big birthday cake for her. Dad is going to buy a coat for her. I will take a present for her，too. But I don't know what to take. My mother says, "What about making a card for your grandma? You can write your wishes on it." "That's a good idea." I think my grandma will be happy when she gets my present.

    Last week was a holiday. On Monday it was sunny. I played basketball with my friends. On Tuesday I went swimming. On Wednesday I visited my uncle. He is an English man. On Thursday I went to the park with my sister. On Friday I helped my mother. On the weekend，I played computer games.  

    One day, an old man is walking in a street. He sees a little boy trying to reach a doorbell(按门铃). But the boy is so short that he can't. The old man is a kind man, so he says to the little boy. “I'll help you.” Then he pulls the bell so hard that everyone can hear the bell.

    The little boy looks up at him and says, “Now let's run away. Come on. ''And then the old man knows what is happening(发生). The naughty boy runs away.

    Christmas comes in winter. It is always on the same day each year.

    It's on 25th December. We always get up early at Christmas. When we get up, we find presents at the end of our beds. We open our presents in the morning. At noon, we have a big lunch at home. In the afternoon, we play games and have a good time. In the evening, we are usually very tired, and we go to bed at about 10 o'clock.

    Miss Luo is our English teacher. She is tall and beautiful. Miss Luo has many hobbies. She likes singing very much. She can sing both Chinese and English songs very well. She likes reading too. We often see her at the book shop. She also likes seeing films. She knows a lot about films. She often goes to the cinema with her daughter.

    Miss Luo is good at cooking. Sometimes she invites us to her home. She bakes (烘焙) yummy cakes for us. We all like her cakes.

    We love Miss Luo. She is both a good teacher and a good cook.
