Today I will share a true story about an overseas student studied in Germany.

After years of hard work, this student graduated with(amaze) achievements. Everyone was sure that he was going to get a good job (easy) and have a bright future. But to his surprise, he was not even given the chance for interview! It was the third time that he(refuse), he couldn't help (telephone) the company to ask why they didn't want him. The answer was simple. "We don't offer jobs to dishonest people in Germany."

You might wonder what was wrong. The truth is, shortly after he(arrive) in Germany, this clever student found thatwas easy to skip(逃票) buying subway tickets in this country. So in order to save money, he often went in the subway without a ticket. As a result, he had been caught without a ticket many times.

From this story, we learn that we may get short-term benefits(好处)in dishonest ways, the truth will come out sooner or later and the cost is high. So remember that(honest) may lead to failure. We must be honest. It is a rule.

When someone has deeply hurt you, it can be very difficult to let go of your anger. But forgiveness is possible — and it can be surprisingly{#blank#}1{#/blank#} (benefit) to your physical and mental health. So far, research {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (show) that people who forgive can have more energy, better appetite and better sleep. “People who forgive show {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (little) anger and more hopefulness,” says Dr. Frederic Luskin, who wrote the book Forgive for Good. “So it can help reduce the tiredness out of the immune system and allow people {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (feel) more energetic.”

So when someone has hurt you, cool down first. Take a couple of breaths and think of something {#blank#}5{#/blank#} gives you pleasure: a beautiful scene in nature, or someone you love. Don't wait for an {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (apologize). “Many times the person who hurt you may never think of apologizing,” says Dr. Luskin. “They may have wanted to hurt you or they just don't see things in {#blank#}7{#/blank#} same way. So if you wait for people to say sorry, you could be waiting a very long time.”

Next keep in mind that forgiveness does not necessarily mean {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (accept) the action of the person who upsets you. {#blank#}9{#/blank#}, learn to look for the love, beauty and kindness around you. Finally, try to see things from the other person's perspective. You may realize that he or she was acting out of ignorance. To gain perspective, you may want to write a letter to {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (you) from that person's point of view.

How do learning habits influence learning results? It's useful and necessary to discuss learning habits. There is a famous {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (say)"Good habits lead to good endings", which shows the importance of habits.

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away. "also {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (show) a healthy everyday habit helps to build up our body. Thus, good learning habits can help us gain great learning results, high scores and abundant knowledge {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (include). At first, learning habits form our ways of thinking and attitude {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the content of our learning. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (obvious), a good habit can help us to speed up to reach our destinations. As we can see, developing a good habit is so important that I would like to introduce one kind of good learning habits — keeping {#blank#}6{#/blank#} learning diary every day. We can start the habit by {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (write)a learning summary and remember to record something impressive and meaningful. Keep it in mind, {#blank#}8{#/blank#}gradually we can gain this good learning habit and benefit from it.

What's {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (much), I find out that I still have some bad learning habits {#blank#}10{#/blank#} well. I can only concentrate on reading for a short time, and I will conquer this problem by spending more efforts on concentration practice.

I believe that through my efforts, I can gain good learning results by having good habits.
