    I am John. It was a great day for me. I got up early today. In the morning，I went to the supermarket with my parents. We bought some vegetables，some fruits，some fish and beef. My mother likes fruit very much. Dad and I made a fruit salad for her. Beef is my favourite food. Mum cooked yummy beef. Mum made a big cake for me，too. Because it was Children's Day. And I got a new bike from my parents. I was so excited. I rode the new bike to the park in the afternoon.

    It was a great Children's Day.

    Everybody(每个人) wants to be healthy. You know food is very important(重要的).There are many healthy food. You can have more bananas, apples, oranges, tomatoes and carrots because fruits and vegetables are good for you. But don't eat too much chocolate. It's not good for you. It's not good healthy food. Healthy food can make you grow(成长)and make you strong(强壮的)and happy. Remember there is a saying, 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away.' Sports can also keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. Don't be lazy! You will be healthy and happy.
