I have a lot of problems these days. Firstly， I am not happy in class. I'm so shy that I'm afraid {#blank#}1{#/blank#}speaking in class. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} ， I feel nervous when the midterm exams are coming. And sometimes I even have a  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}  (head). Thirdly， I {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (argue) with my best friend yesterday. I'm very worried because I have few friends. I don't want to lose her.

    Yesterday， my mother took me to the doctor. I told the doctor my problems and he gave me some {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (advice). He asked me to make more {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (friend) and play games in my free time， so {#blank#}7{#/blank#} I will not be so shy. He also said， “If you want to get {#blank#}8{#/blank#} well with your friend， the two of you should have proper  (communicate) {#blank#}9{#/blank#} . Tell her what you think.” {#blank#}10{#/blank#} I can't sleep well， he asked me to eat some food that is good for sleep. And he asked me to relax. I'm trying to do as he told me to.

    Waste can be seen everywhere and it can bring a lot of problems. China is rich in some resources(资源), but we are short {#blank#}1{#/blank#} others, for example, fresh water. It is said {#blank#}2{#/blank#} we will have no coal or oil to use in 100 years. Also there is not enough food in some areas. So if we keep {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (waste) our resources, what can we use in {#blank#}4{#/blank#} future and where can we move? Think about it. I think we should say "no" to the people {#blank#}5{#/blank#} waste things every day.

    In our {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (day) life, we can do many things to stop waste from{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (happen). For example, remember to turn off the lights when we leave the room and we'd better use both{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (side) of paper. Also we should try not to order {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (much) food than we need and on. Little by little, everything will be changed, and waste can {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (stop) one day if we do our best.
