Victor is seven years old and begins to school this fall（秋天）. He studies hard and {#blank#}1{#/blank#} to his teachers. He is polite（有礼貌的）and has some friends. They all like him. It's Sunday today. Victor, his sister Tina and his mother stay at home. His mother is {#blank#}2{#/blank#} some housework and he's watching TV and the girl is doing her homework.    “The biggest（最大的）one，Mum. ”
   “What?” says his mother. “You should（应该）be polite and take the smallest one. ”
   “Should I tell a lie（撒谎）just to be polite, Mum?” says Victor.

    China has{#blank#}1{#/blank#}smokers in the world. Each year, about one million Chinese die from smoking-related illness. Official statistics(统计) in 2007 {#blank#}2{#/blank#}China has 300 million smokers, with another 540 million people forced to breathe in. China began {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the world Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control(《烟草控制框架公约》）in 2006. Governments at different levels have{#blank#}4{#/blank#}tobacco control in the last few years. Beijing ,Shanghai and Hangzhou have tobacco-control {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. Half of China's public health institutions have been non-smoking spaces since 2011. Smoking in some indoor public spaces and special {#blank#}6{#/blank#} work spaces has not been allowed since January 2011.

    Selling tobacco to anyone {#blank#}7{#/blank#}  than 18 is not allowed. The seller should ask the buyer to show his or her ID card if the seller can not see {#blank#}8{#/blank#} old the buyer is . Now at least 23 countries use pictures on the packages to warn more people of the danger of {#blank#}9{#/blank#}. The picture warnings now are printed in bigger characters, and the use of colors of makes the warning clearer.
