The lion says that he is on his death bed. So he asks all the animals to come and listen to his last wishes.

    The cat comes to the lion's cave(洞穴). He stands there and goes in. Then a sheep goes in. Before she comes out, a rabbit goes in to hear the last wishes of the king of animals.

    But soon the lion looks well again, and goes out of his cave. He sees a fox(狐狸) waiting outside. “Why don't you come in?” asks the lion to the fox.

  “I beg your pardon,” says the fox, “I see many animals go into your cave, but nobody comes out.

    Before they come out again, I will wait outside.”

    Long ago, three pigs grew up and left their parents' home. They said goodbye to each other and went their separate ways.

    Each little pig decided to build a house. The youngest pig was lazy and he thought, "I will build my house with grass. It is light and easy to build with." The middle pig thought, "Here are many small sticks. They are easy to work with. I will build my house out of sticks." The oldest pig worked hard and always thought before doing things. "There are many dangers（危险）in this world. I must build a strong house out of stones," he thought.

    And soon, the three pigs built their houses. One day, a big wolf（狼）came to the town. He was very hungry. He saw the first little pig in his grass house. He pushed down（推倒）the house and ate the little pig. Then the wolf came to the stick house and pushed it down, too. Then he ate the second pig. When the wolf came to the stone house. He pushed it again and again. But he couldn't push it down. In the end, the wolf gave up and went away. The oldest pig lived a long and happy life.

    Where is Love? How can we find Love?

    Once a little boy wanted to meet Love. He knew it was a long trip to where Love lived, so he got his things ready with some pizzas and drinks and started off. When he passed three streets, he saw an old woman sitting in the park and watching some birds. She looked very hungry. The boy gave her a pizza. She took it and smiled at him. Her smile was so beautiful that he wanted to see it again, so he gave her a Coke. Once again she smiled. The boy was very happy.

    They sat there all afternoon, eating and smiling, but they said nothing. When it grew dark, the boy decided to leave. But before he had gone more than a few steps, turned around, ran back to the old woman and gave her a hug. The woman gave him the biggest smile ever.

    When the boy opened the door of his house, his mother was surprised by the joy（快乐） on his face and asked what had made him so happy. "I had lunch with Love. I has got the most beautiful smile in the world."

    At the same time, the old woman's son was also surprised at his mother's pleasure and asked why. "I ate a pizza in the park with Love, "she said," and he is much younger than I expected."

    If the world is full of love, we can enjoy a better life.

    Ten years ago, I lost my job in Hangzhou. I had to move to Shanghai to find another job. I left my wife and children behind. I missed them very much, so I went home on weekends to see them.

    A few days after New Year's Day, I drove my old car back to Hangzhou. On the way, my car broke down (发生故障). It was so cold and I didn't know what to do. Suddenly, a young man drove up. He tried his best to help me repair the car. He soon got it started.

    I was so thankful that I gave him all the money in my purse, but he refused. Then I got to know that he helped the drivers in trouble on the road every weekend. What a kind man! How lucky I was to meet him in my life!

    Many years later. I still often remember that great man.
