How old was I? I can't remember. Maybe I was only 10. It was the first 1 without my father because he was away for something. He left me to fill that sad place in my mother's heart. To My Best Friend

On a sunny morning, I am listening to the music. The soft music reminds me of my best friend, Sarah. There are many things I want to say to her.

Once I got lost in the forest with my father. The sky got dark and we were worried，for it was our first time walking into that forest.

We didn't have any tools to show us the direction. My father and I had no choice but to put up a tent near a river to spend the night. When night fell, the stars came out, lighting the whole sky. That was when an idea came to my mind. As a member of the Astronomy (天文学) Club in school, I was able to tell different groups of stars in the sky. If we could find the North Star, we could find out which direction was north.

After I picked out the North Star, we found the north direction. We walked north and then saw a house. We went to the owner of the house to ask for directions. With his help, we made our way out of the forest. From this experience, I learned how important it is to use the knowledge that we have got to solve the problems we meet.

 Today is our Open Day. Welcome to our school. Our school 1 very big and beautiful. There 2 two playgrounds and a football field in our school.

 Let me 3 you something about my school. We are now 4 the classroom building. My classroom is 5 the first floor. The classrooms are clean and bright. There are also some special 6 in the building and we can do many things in them. They are the Reading Room, the Drawing Room, the Singing Room ... Many of 7 like to go to these rooms. I often go to the 8 Room. 9 Monday afternoon, I go to the room to draw 10 of apples and pears.
