Andy is 12 years old. He is one of my best f{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. He is a top student in Class 6. But he doesn't have a good diet.

    Every morning, he doesn't eat breakfast. It isn't right. I think breakfast is very i{#blank#}2{#/blank#} for him. It helps him start the day w{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. He has lots of snacks like chocolates, sweets every day. They make him fat. It's bad for his health. Andy shouldn't eat too many snacks any more. In vegetables and fruits there are many vitamins. But he h{#blank#}4{#/blank#} eating them. These days he doesn't feel good.

    I think he needs to c{#blank#}5{#/blank#} his diet. And he needs to exercise more. I'm sure he'll be better.

    Everyone has his {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（自己的）dream of the future. But do you know what the future really is? I think future is now. That is to say, we must treasure every minute and {#blank#}2{#/blank#}（秒）. There is an old English {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（谚语，格言）, "Gain time, gain life." Time is something that can't be seen or  {#blank#}4{#/blank#}（触摸）, but we feel it passing by. Time is always with us. We often say, "Time is money", but it is more  {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（宝贵的，贵重的）than money, because when money is spent, we can earn it back. But if time is gone  {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（离开，远离）, it will never return. That's the reason why we say time is priceless.

    Grasping（把握） the {#blank#}7{#/blank#}（现在）is grasping the future. We should work hard in order to {#blank#}8{#/blank#}（创造）a bright future. We should make the best use of every hour and take every  {#blank#}9{#/blank#}（机会）. We should do everything as {#blank#}10{#/blank#}（很好地） as possible . Never put off what can be done today till tomorrow.

In the Czech Republic,there is a small village like an art gallery．That's because Agnes，a 90-year-old grandma．makes it look like a man—made{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(奇观)．Every spring and summer，Grandma Agnes paints beautiful flowers on the walls of the houses in the{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(整个的)village．

    Thirty years ago，Grandma Agnes was a {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (工人)．She picked up the hobby when she was no longer able to do the heavy work．She learned painting from one of her neighbors and {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (练习)in her own garden and house．

    Grandma Agnes's family take pride in her．{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(无论什么)she does，they are always behind her． Now in her 90s，Grandma Agnes is aiming to make her village more beautiful and make the villagers{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(自豪的，骄傲的)of the village．

    To her，age is nothing but a number．It's never too old to do anything．
